When we decided to sell our home on Sanderling Crescent, we contacted Tom. Because we had bought and sold other houses in the past with a variety of agents, thought we knew the process well, but Tom operated a little differently. He arrived at our house looking very professional and did a complete tour of our home, taking in details along the way. When we asked what he thought about a listing price, he answered that he had to do more research. He then went away and came back a few days later, at which time we discussed market conditions, etc. We took Tom’s advice, listed with him and the sign went on the lawn Friday night. He showed the house the next day and the sale was finalized on Monday. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and would gladly use Tom again. Thanks for a job well done Tom.
