During the day, you'll find CJ quietly orchestrating entertainment deals between corporate buyers and entertainment property, setting up a private party in the tropics or arranging a Star's backstage meet and greet. For thirty years, CJ has been no stranger to the world of Art and Entertainment; Twenty-four years owning/operating Bronson Productions, a successful entertainment marketing company.
Between the corporate cracks CJ plays. Self taught with the confidence to put ideas into practice, she ventures into curiosity and experimentation with plaster, wax, acrylic, oil, watercolor, paper mache and more. It's about texture and dimension, layering, scraping, dripping, burning - manipulation.
Art leads us into our imaginative subconscious and creativity. Creativity has its roots in curiosity and without curiosity we would have no reason to do the things we do. What happens if I do this? Experimentation also leads to moments with the soul, where uncertainty can sometimes feel like a great gasp for breath - the one that expands into a new level of expression. It teaches patience and provides the soul with the satisfaction and spirituality one needs in life.
As a resident artist in Lindsay, CJ participates in the arts community through the annual Victoria County Studio Tour and the Lindsay Gallery who awarded CJ Honorable Mention in the spring 2006 Group Exhibition and Juried Competition.
